The reviewing process will consider three poster categories, one for undergraduate students, one for graduate (MSc and PhD) students, and one for professionals.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-58708e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"58708e7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Submission Guidelines<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a26e33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a26e33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The authors should submit <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">two<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> PDF documents:<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a) <\/span><b>the extended abstract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The extended abstract should include the title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations, as well as provide concise overview of the research, and should not exceed two pages in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACM format<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including bibliographic references. LaTeX users must use the provided acmart.cls and ACM-Reference-Format.bst without modification, enable the conference format in the preamble of the document (i.e., \\documentclass[sigconf,review]{acmart}), and use the ACM reference format for the bibliography (i.e., \\bibliographystyle{ACM-Reference-Format}). The review option adds line numbers, thereby allowing referees to refer to specific lines in their comments.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) <\/span><b>visual poster<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. It is recommended that the abstract submission is accompanied with the visual poster. The poster should also include the title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations, and a visually compelling presentation of the research presented in the extended abstract. The poster might also include QR codes to link to online materials. At the submission time the poster should be limited to a single A4 page. The template for the visual poster can be found <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1Fd6Q7HnPYiO5By3aAXzMWcGj19KIivo-\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=115086837707867329928&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">here <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For the conference, please print your visual poster in A1 portrait format (with dimensions of 84.1 cm in height and 59.4 cm in width).<\/span><\/p><ol><li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Submissions should be in English.<\/span><\/li><li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The submissions must comply with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/policies\/plagiarism-overview\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACM Policy on Plagiarism, Misrepresentation, and Falsification<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li><li><b><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Submissions can have multiple authors (of any gender). At least one author of each accepted poster is expected to attend the event and present the poster.
