AfricaCWIC 2026: Call for Participation
Digital technologies continue to transform every aspect of society — from how we work, learn, create, and communicate, to how organisations, governments, and communities operate. As emerging technologies such as AI, data-driven systems, and connected platforms reshape our world, there is a growing need to rethink how technology is designed, accessed, and led to ensure it delivers meaningful social and economic impact.
AfricaCWIC 2026 invites participants to engage in thoughtful innovation and collaboration around the role of women in shaping Africa’s digital future. The conference creates a space to explore how inclusive computing practices, diverse leadership, and ethical innovation can drive sustainable progress across the continent.
The event is open to all — including women and men — across academia, industry, and the public sector. We welcome students, researchers, educators, and professionals from computing and related technology disciplines to participate.
